- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I used to be very satisfied with the doctors, the staff and my treatment but lately Dr. Wong has been refusing to listen to my concerns and basically ignoring the fact that the treatment is not working. Dr. Gutierrez was a better listener. I am conflicted about giving such a negative review because the PA's are great but if the doctor refuses to help me, I have to rate accordingly.September 18, 2017by Claudia Hernandez
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This used to be a great place when Dr. Gutierrez was practicing. Since he retired, appointments with Dr. Wong are difficult to make. He uses P. A.s for appointments and they are not Doctors. Yesterday my mom had an appointment forced by the hospital and he rushed the whole episode doing a terrible evaluation with minimal exams to determine her needs.
